The Community of Harbor Bay Isle has coordinated with the City of Alameda to lower both lagoon systems on the following dates: April 8 – 12, 2024 (Alternate Rain Dates – April 29 – May 3, 2024) This is an opportunity for all homeowners to inspect their docks and curb walls for needed repairs and maintenance and complete any clean up along the lagoon edge. Remember: An architectural application is required before repairs can be made. Applications for pylons in accordance with the approved design(s) can be processed through a “fast track” approval. For application assistance email: architecture@harborbay.org. This schedule is subject to change in the event of inclement weather or if the ambient temperature should rise above 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Registration begins Wednesday, July 5th. There are a limited number of spaces. First come, first serve. Bring your household items, toys, baby items, sporting goods, clothes, books, just about anything someone else might be able to use! What a great opportunity to clean house and/or hunt for treasures! *Political campaigning is prohibited at this event. Booths reserved for the garage sale and subsequently used for political campaigning are not allowed; participants will be escorted out of the event.* For more info, please contact Jacqui Galvez Vasquez at JVasquez@harborbay.org or 510-865-3363 x 346.
