Association Maintenance Responsibility
The Association is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas (greenbelt and sidewalk curb-strips). The City of Alameda maintains the trees and plants in the curb-strips. Reserve funds are designated for future replacement of major components.
Trash Pick-Up
Homeowners are responsible for placing the garbage and recycling containers on the street for weekly pick-up and containers are to be stored out of public view except for the day preceding pick-up and the day of trash removal.
Parking
In accordance with the CC&Rs of the Association, all owners are to park their vehicles within their garage, driveway, or designated parking areas. Park your car in your garage rather than in the driveway or on the street. This allows parking room for your visitors, a clear street for early morning City street sweeping, less chance for vehicle accidents, and a generally more attractive association appearance.
As the City of Alameda owns the streets within Bayview Harbor, please report abandoned, commercial or recreational vehicles parked on the street that are in violation of City Parking Codes to the Alameda Police Department at 510-337-8587.

Pets
Please control your pets so they don’t disturb your neighbors. Persistent or prolonged barking, howling or making unusual noises violates Alameda Municipal Code Section 7-3.10. Any violation of this section shall be deemed a violation of Section 4-10.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code and subject to the penalties in Section 4-10.12 of the Alameda Municipal Code.

Board Meeting Schedule
The Board meetings for Bayview Harbor are held quarterly on the second Thursday of the month at 8:30 am. Meetings are at the Community Center during the months of February, May, August, and November, with the Annual meeting held in March. Please watch for the meeting signs placed throughout the association prior to every meeting, check the online Community Calendar, or call the Community Offices for confirmation. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
