Each vendor has submitted an application and verification of their contractor’s license, proof of liability insurance and worker’s compensation (as required). We have also completed a background check to verify their good standing in the Community. All vendors have agreed to follow all Community Architectural Rules and Standards and to perform their work ethically and to the best of their ability. We hope you find the list helpful, and would appreciate any feedback you may have. In addition, if you have had a great experience with a vendor not listed on our site, please let us know and we will be happy to send them an application.
