Welcome to Costa Brava Homeowners Association

Costa Brava is a vibrant planned development within the Community of Harbor Bay Isle, featuring 201 single‑family homes built along a series of scenic bays branching from Baywalk Road. Distinguished by its Mediterranean‑inspired architecture with stucco exteriors and tile roofs, the neighborhood offers residents access to community amenities including a swimming pool, spa, and tot lot. Many homes border the lagoon path, providing picturesque views and opportunities for outdoor enjoyment, while private streets, sidewalks, and parking areas are maintained by the Association for the benefit of all homeowners.

Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) Information

The PSL Project has been completed. Owners can download the Compliance Certificate for their home here.

Association Maintenance Responsibility

  • The Association owns and maintains all common areas (by grant deed), including the pool, parks, and playground equipment.

  • Each homeowner is responsible for maintaining their own yard, including the front courtyard, in accordance with the governing documents. Owners must keep their lots in good condition and repair, consistent with the high standards of quality established for the community.

  • For guidance, consult the Costa Brava Architectural Guidelines and related documents.

  • Members are assessed by the Association to fund insurance, maintenance, operations, and reserves.

Board Meeting Schedule

  • Board meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the 4th Monday of each month.
  • Homeowners should watch for the meeting sign at the front entry, check the Community Calendar, or call the Community Offices for confirmation.
  • The Annual Membership Meeting is held in June.
  • All owners are welcome to attend.

Parking

Residents may obtain temporary parking permission for overnight guests by submitting an online form.

Pool

Amenities include a swimming pool and spa. Replacement pool keys are available, for a fee, at the Community Offices. Please refer to the Costa Brava Swimming Pool Rules for detailed information.
