Front yard maintenance is the responsibility of each homeowner (CC&Rs Article 3.30). To enhance the beauty of the neighborhood, please ensure that your front yard is consistently maintained. The park behind Killybegs and Cork Road, the asphalt bike path and landscaping behind Justin Circle (adjacent to the school), and the small curb strips are maintained by the Association. If you notice an item which needs repair or attention, please contact your Association Manager.

Please control your pets so they don’t disturb your neighbors. Persistent or prolonged barking, howling or making unusual noises violates Alameda Municipal Code Section 7-3.10. Any violation of this section shall be deemed a violation of Section 4-10.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code and subject to the penalties in Section 4-10.12 of the Alameda Municipal Code.

In accordance with the CC&Rs of the Association, all owners are to park their vehicles within their garage, driveway, or designated parking areas. As the City of Alameda owns the streets within Pelican Bay, please report abandoned, commercial or recreational vehicles parked on the street that are in violation of City Parking Codes to the Alameda Police Department at (510)748-4508.

The Board meets at 6:00 PM on the 3rd Tuesday of every other month, starting in January. Please check the online Community Calendar for exact dates. If you wish to attend, please call your Association Manager for details. The Annual Membership Meeting is held in April.
