Association Maintenance Responsibility
Front yard maintenance is the responsibility of the Association and owners must contact the Association Manager before making any changes to the landscape.
Trash Pick-Up
Homeowners are responsible for placing the garbage and recycling containers on the street for weekly pick-up and containers are to be stored out of public view except for the day preceding pick-up and the day of trash removal.
Parking
Parking within Bay Colony is limited. Please be sure to observe all parking regulations. Generally, parking on the street is limited to Guest Parking on a first come, first serve basis. Between the hours of 10 a.m.and 4 p.m., please refrain from parking in front of mailboxes so as to facilitate mail delivery. Please refer to CC&Rs Article 3.16 and the Bay Colony Rules & Regulations.
Speed Limit
The speed limit in Bay Colony is 15 miles per hour. Residents and guests are requested to stay within the speed limit for the safety of residents, guests, and animals.
Pets
Control your pets so they do not disturb your neighbors. Dogs barking continuously in excess of 10 minutes violate the Municipal Code of the City of Alameda.

Board Meeting Schedule
Board meetings are currently held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM at the Community Center. Please watch for the meeting signs placed on Sharon Road near Mecartney Road prior to every meeting or call the Community Offices for confirmation. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
