Harbor Bay Isle’s first homes were constructed in 1978; the 20 residential neighborhoods (also called “Project Associations”) include a total of 2,973 homes. Every owner becomes a member of the Community Association as well as the neighborhood Project Association where the property is located. The Project Associations are also organized into 6 residential “villages” and 1 commercial village representing the Business Park. Most of the Project Associations of the Community of Harbor Bay Isle contract with the Management Services Department to handle day-to-day operations and administrative detail. The Association Managers (see below) and support staff work closely with each Association’s volunteer Board of Directors to ensure the Association is effectively governed, financially sound, and its property values protected.
