Security
24-hour Security: (510) 865-0417
Harbor Bay Isle homeowners enjoy a secure haven under the protective vigilance of a private, first-rate security department. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, CHBI Security regularly patrols the Project Associations, parks, common areas and the Harbor Bay Landing Shopping Center.
The Security Department promptly responds to all call alerts regarding suspicious activities, neighborhood disturbances, unsafe conditions in common areas and other issues that impact the safety of our residents and guests.
Upon calling Security, callers are directly connected by radio to a highly trained professional security officer in a patrol vehicle. This greatly increases the efficiency and promptness of response to your calls.
