Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) Information
Please share this information with your tenant if your property is a rental. This is a 10-day notice to inform you of the commencement of the private sewer later project. Your cul-de-sac will be worked on starting Monday, November 6, 2023. Important information to follow.
No cul-de- sac or garage access between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please move your vehicles in advance if needed. Take your garbage containers to the entrance of the cul-de-sac on trash days.
Avoid Environmental Protection Agency fines. Do not flush toilets or run water down drains between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Government fines could cost you over $3,000.
Please note that a second notice will be posted on the garage door frame as a reminder in pink, and a third in yellow when your section is complete.
If you have questions and are unable to attend the next Board meeting, please email those questions to your association manager at BWV@Harborbay.org.
Association Maintenance Responsibility
The Association maintains the exteriors of the homes including, but not limited to painting, roof repair and replacement, address post lighting, garage lights and common area pole lights. In addition, the Association maintains all common area landscaping, private roads and walkways. Owners are responsible for all exterior doors, windows, garage doors and maintenance within their patio areas. Mailboxes are located in kiosks throughout the property and maintained by the Association. Owners are responsible for their mailbox keys.
Exterior Modifications
All Exterior Modifications require the prior approval of the Architectural Committee. You will need to complete an Architectural Application and obtain approval before work may commence. Check the Architectural Review Process section of this website for more information. Please refer to CC&Rs, Article 5.6.2.1, and the Baywood Architectural Rules & Standards.
Trash Pick Up
Individual trash pick-up is the responsibility of each resident. The Association has been granted a deferment from the Alameda Recycling Green Waste Program.
Parking
Each home has a two-car garage and owners must park two vehicles in the garage. All on-site parking spaces are for guests and for owners with parking permits. Owners with more than two cars may purchase parking permits at the Community Offices.
Residents may obtain temporary parking permission for overnight guests by submitting an online form or calling (510) 287-9200. Please refer to the Baywood Village Parking Rules/Permit Application for detailed information.
If a car has been towed, please contact Specialty Towing at (650) 365-1011.
