Community Center Mural

The Community of Harbor Bay Isle is pleased to unveil a newly completed mural in the lobby of the Community Center. Painted by local artist Arthur Koch, the mural features a lovely view of San Francisco, as seen from Shoreline Park. Feel free to pop in and take a peak!
