Brittany Landing Bay

Welcome to Brittany Landing Bay Homeowners Association

Brittany Landing Bay is a 142-unit Planned Development with 104 townhouses and 38 condominiums.

Association Maintenance Responsibility

The Association is responsible for siding repair/replacement, trim repair and replacement and painting of all buildings. The Association maintains the frame, handrails and cap rails of balconies and the owner is responsible for the deck boards. The Association maintains all landscaping in the common area and owners are responsible for their private yards.

Trash Pick up

Individual unit trash pick-up is the responsibility of each resident. The Association has been granted a deferment from the Alameda Recycling Green Waste Program.

Parking

(CC&Rs Article 4.5 and Resolution #88-04) Each owner/resident has an assigned parking space deeded to their home if they have a single car garage and should park only within their designated parking space. Guest parking is for guests. Driveway parking is permitted as long as no part of the vehicle protrudes into the sidewalk or street area.

Entrance Gate

Front gate entrance – Please contact the Community Offices to list your name at the front gate. Sellers usually provide “garage door openers” for the vehicle gate. If you need a new opener you can purchase one from the Community Offices.

Pool/Spa

Pool/spa use – The Brittany Bay pool is to be utilized by residents of Brittany Bay. No more than four (4) guests per household are allowed and an adult resident must accompany all guests. Pursuant to state law, persons under 14 years of age are prohibited from the pool/spa without adult supervision. The spa remains open year round.
Replacement pool keys cost $25.00. Please refer to the Brittany Bay Pool Rules, Resolution #87-05.

Board Meeting Schedule

Board meetings are usually held at 6:30 PM on the last Tuesday of every month at the Community Center. Please watch for the meeting sign at the front entry prior to every meeting or call the Community Offices for confirmation. All owners are welcome to attend. The Annual Membership Meeting is held in March.
