Baywood Village

Welcome to Baywood Village Homeowners Association

Baywood Village is a Planned Development containing 239 single-family attached and detached homes.

Exterior Modification requires the prior approval of the Architectural Committee.  You will need to complete an Architectural Application and obtain approval before work may commence.  Check the Architectural Review Process section of this website for more information.  Please refer to CC&Rs, Article 5.6.2.1, and the Baywood Architectural Rules & Standards.

Association Maintenance Responsibility

The Association maintains the exteriors of the homes including, but not limited to painting, roof repair and replacement, address post lighting, garage lights and common area pole lights.  In addition, the Association maintains all common area landscaping, private roads and walkways.  Owners are responsible for all exterior doors, windows, garage doors and maintenance within their patio areas.  Mailboxes are located in kiosks throughout the property and maintained by the Association.  Owners are responsible for their mailbox keys.

Trash Pick Up

Individual trash pick-up is the responsibility of each resident.  The Association has been granted a deferment from the Alameda Recycling Green Waste Program.

Parking

Each home has a two-car garage and owners must park two vehicles in the garage. All on-site parking spaces are for guests and for owners with parking permits. Owners with more than two cars may purchase parking permits at the Community Offices. Residents may obtain temporary parking permission for overnight guests by calling (510) 287-9200. Pool

Amenities include a swimming pool and spa open year-round and acres of green-belt throughout the project. Replacement pool keys are available, for a fee, at the Community Offices. Please refer to the Baywood Village Swimming Pool Rules for detailed information.

Board Meeting Schedule

The Board meets at 6:00 PM on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the Community Center. Please check the online Community Calendar for exact dates and times. If you wish to attend, please call the Community Offices at 865-3363 for details.
