Maintenance

The grounds and salt water lagoons of Harbor Bay Isle are tended by the CHBIOA Maintenance Department. 

It has been recognized for its leadership in advancing the use of reduced-risk programs for aquatic pest management by the following organizations:

Among the most distinctive features of Harbor Bay Isle are its 2 salt water lagoons.  The lagoon system is designed to cycle water at a rate of 9 million gallons each day, regulated by gates to maintain the water level at a constant height regardless of tides. Homeowners with lagoon lots are notified in advance when cleaning or construction projects are scheduled, during which time the level of the lagoon will be lowered.

Lagoon Lowering Dates:

All 2011 lagoon lowerings have been completed.
