Each Project Association has a specific set of house paint colors, selected and approved by the individual Project Boards of Directors, for use in that Project Association. Most have a paint palette book of those colors, organized by individual paint scheme, which is available for review in the Community Offices. The following Project Associations have paint palette books available to check-out, for a deposit of $50.00 (check only, please):

- Bayview Harbor
- Cantamar
- Clipper Cove
- Columbia
- Costa Brava
- Freeport
- Lantern Bay
- Pelican Bay
- Sandpiper Cove
- Seastrand
- Woodbridge
- The paint palette books are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Please note that the paint palette books are limited in number and shared by all homeowners in your association.
- The paint palette books may be checked-out for up to 3 days, depending on availability and demand, especially during the drier seasons as the demand increases.
- There is a Wait List if the book you are interested in is already checked out.
- To take home a paint palette book, make the deposit check payable to CHBI (Community of Harbor Bay Isle) for the amount of $50.00. The check will be held in office until the return of the palette book. The Community Offices do not accept cash or credit cards for palette book deposits.
- Your name, phone number, and property address will be noted in the check-out log book.
- Upon return of the palette book, it will be verified that all the scheme pages are in place; the deposit check will then be mailed back the issuer.
- Books that are not returned, returned very late or mishandled will cause forfeiture of the deposit check and possible loss of future take home privileges.
- Each palette book has the painting Rules and Standards indicating any placement options and specifications for the association.
- All painting projects require prior CAC approval; please wait for your letter of approval prior any commencement of work.
