Are you ready to repair? Well, if so, we are here to help! CHBIOA is proud to present our new Community Vendor List! The list is made up of several local companies and trades people that offer services to our community members. The Community Vendor List link is located under “Quick Links”, located at the bottom of the page.
Each vendor listed has submitted an application and documentation verifying their contractor’s license, proof of liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance (as required). We have also completed a background check to verify their good standing in the Community. All vendors have also agreed to follow all Community Architectural Rules and Standards and to perform their work ethically and to the best of their ability. We hope you find the list helpful, and would appreciate any feedback you may have. In addition, if you have had a great experience with a vendor not listed on our site, please let us know and we will be happy to send them an application.
Please note: The Community of Harbor Bay Isle Owners’ Association has made every effort to assure that the vendors listed will do a great job for our community members. However, this is not a substitution for property owners to do their due diligence when selecting a vendor. The Community of Harbor Bay Isle Owners’ Association cannot be held responsible for any arrangements made between property owners and vendors included on this list. We strongly encourage you to request references, and check with your neighbors, family and friends to find a vendor that works best for you.
